Developing a Vision

Today I met with another Awakened friend with Level 4 Consciousness in Montpelier, Vermont. I describe Level 4 Consciousness in Unity as being in the top 1% with a trans-personal worldview and capable of working with subtle energies.  I'm blessed that I've already talked with three Level 4 practitioners, and two or more others with Level 3 Consciousness (in the top 10%) in the first three days of my Book Tour.  It's very clear all these people are attuned to higher energies and grounded in higher consciousness. (For context, by my designations based on Ken Wilber's Integral Theory, there are probably less than 100 Level 5 people alive and perhaps 35% of people have Level 2 consciousness.)  

Level 4 people are usually energy healers, shamans, and spiritual yogis. They were the community leaders for thousands of years before civilization kicked off with the agrarian revolution around 10,000 years ago. (And the Industrial Revolution for the last couple of hundreds of years pushed them to the fringe, and the last couple decades of the Information Revolution mostly ignores them, and they'll be coming back to center stage in the current Spiritual Revolution, which will happen very fast.) And so these shamans and yogis are a core part of the transformational community on the leading edge, about to become the community leaders once again.

In addition to energy healers, shamans, and yogis, I'm networking with spiritual communities (Sanghas), schools of higher education, sustainability organizations, farmers (with higher environmental consciousness), vegans (with higher food consciousness), food cooperatives (connectors), and sustainable ecovillages that are building model communities with high adaptive capacity. 

I'm focusing on creating an effective marketing strategy to get Unity into the hands of the top 5% of people in the top 1% of model communities in the world.  I want to get reviews in these communities and to drive sales through word-of-mouth. These people would lead the initiations, the yoga, guided meditations, energy healings, and the creation of sacred space for transformation to occur at a larger level. Part of the challenge of this work is embracing the "shadow" (fear- and ego-based) consciousness that dominates the politicians who are making policy.  It's imperative to "love our enemies."

I'm working on creating workshops and modules and the experience to start facilitating group meetings at all levels and bringing people together. This will help accelerate the transformation for society at large, to transform homesteads, institutions, and policy to create models of excellence at all levels.

I want to advertise myself as a speaker for communities who are interested in health, sustainability, higher consciousness, spirituality, community leadership, and other interconnected issues.  I want to create workshops and talks for each level, at temples, yoga studios, university halls, and so on. I wrote Unity as a platform from which I could easily create a theatrical presentation for the following ideas:
