CSETI CE-5 Initiative ("close encounters of the fifth kind") is a world effort to train ordinary people to make open contact with Visitors from other star systems. We have been amazed at the degree to which these ET visitors have cooperated with such an effort - a clear signal that they would like further contact with humanity - once we are prepared.

Any civilization capable of interstellar travel at multiples of the speed of light manifest in such extraordinary ways as to appear to us on Earth today as mystical and unbelievable. But even in the time of Thomas Jefferson in the late 1700s, cell phones, fiber optics, plasma TVs and rocket technology would also seem like magic.

Their communications technologies travel through "infraspace" - from trans-dimensional realms where thought, consciousness, light, and electromagnetism intersect and come together.  ETs have made contact with us in a thousand different ways - using technologies, materialized spacecraft, thought consciousness, sound, light and more.  We have been approached by senior officials in other countries to learn and experience the techniques associated with Contact. The rosetta stone of ET Contact is non-local consciousnss: awareness that is transpersonal, transcendental and that opens the individual awareness to the omnipresent Mind that is the ultimate Internet for interstellar communications.  The most important science of the next 1,000 years will be the science of consciousness.

ET civilizations are here, watching, waiting, hoping, for the maturation of the human race.

ETs are quite enlightened, advanced, and evolved people trying to make contact with the Earth. This contact became necessary because we had developed weapons of mass destruction: atomic and hydrogen weapons. ETs wanted contact. They want us to find a way to live together in peace with each other and in peace with them. Destruction was the direction we were traveling in the early days of the space race and they knew it.

Arrested Evolution 

We never recovered from the power grab within the vast and highly secretive corridors of the industrial and economic interests. These interests hijacked the ET subject as well as our economic and technological development and thereby arrested the evolution of the human race. For 60 years this power grab has thwarted not only peaceful contact with visitors from other planetary systems, but also the human potential to live peacefully on this planet with a civilization using advanced technologies. These new energy and propulsion technologies do not damage the Earth's biosphere and would create enormous abundance.

CE-5 is trying to catch up with where human evolution was intended to be 50-70 years ago. The same holds fro all the other CSETI projects: the Disclosure Project, AERO Inc., and the Orion Project. In 1954 human evolution was hijacked. The consequences of this have been enormous: geo-political instability, oil wars, biosphere degradation, global warming, polar ice caps melting, environmental collapse and social disruption. This includes the unfair and unsustainable condition where 80% of the world's population is living in terrible poverty. All because of the zero sum game necessitated by the fundamental operating system of the planet - the internal combustion engine and fossil fuels - which should have been retired decades ago.

The Roswell crash in 1947 was caused by the military's high-powered radar systems configured to interfere with the electronics of ET craft. In 1956, when the ETs asked Colonel Corso to switch off these systems, the ET said that our cooperation would result in "A new world, if you can take it!"  I suggest that we learn to take it because the world needs this knowledge and needs to know that we can live peacefully with our interplanetary neighbors. We can not develop further as a civilization with the continued suppression of this information and the 'black shelving' of these new energy technologies that would give us a new world, completely sustainable, without poverty, and with abundance for all. 

The CE-5 Initiative invites ETs to interact with us openly, within the framework of universal peace. It began in 1991 and has involved thousands of people. Now is the time for those people's voices to be heard and for them to share their experiences. It's important for everyone to understand that this is not only an experience of one person. There are thousands of people who have been on these expeditions, experienced contact and learned how real ET contact happens. 

The experience of higher consciousness called "remote viewing" involves the Universal Consciousness or the Universal Mind. This single mind of consciousness, once experienced, can be used to see remote places. ET civilizations' communications technologies interface with consciousness and thought, and one can connect to them, guide them, and show them a specific location.

Close Encounters of the First Kind is a sighting within a certain number of feet; the Second Kind is with a physical trace or evidence; the Third Kind is interaction with ET biological life form; the Fourth Kind is where people are taken on board a craft or is more interactive; the Fifth Kind is a new level and new paradigm. It's the empowerment of humans to invite open contact instead of being passive or having a chance encounter. It's a deliberate encounter and a meeting with a peaceful, mutually beneficial  and diplomatic purpose.

There are three main modalities through which a human can engage in contact and interaction with these ETs: (1) consciousness and thought; (2) light or lasers; or (3) sound. We train our groups to be able to go into a deep state of quiet consciousness which transcends the boundaries of linear space/time so we can enter into non-local or expanded states of consciousness. In this state, our groups can sense or see ET spacecraft and objects, connect to them, and then vector them directly to our site via thought.

CSETI adopted the motto: One Universe - One People. This connotes several ideas. First, there exists one mankind that is interplanetary. Second, this is a universal phenomenon and a universal reality. Third, there are conscious, intelligent people on other planets capable of knowing the unbounded Being within us.  On "the plane of the Absolute" which Sufi mystics refer to, the center point of consciousnesses is the unbounded field of mind. These is only one Great Being shining through the eyes of all people.

ETs are not interested in humans who are still living in the illusion of separation. They are interested in whether you have realized this single fact: that the conscious mind is a singularity, and that we are all one being, we are all one people. If you understand and experience this fact with clarity and purity of heart as you endeavor to become a diplomat from humanity to their people, these visitors will respond.

The term UFOs is a clever attempt at mind conditioning. There are two categories of vehicles: ETVs, "extraterrestrial vehicles," and ARVs, "alien reproduction vehicles," using the Biefeld Brown Effect that involves high voltage, EMF, and magnetic flux that allow an object to become weightless, levitate, and move through the atmosphere.

Probes are sent to assess our group coherence. ET reconnaissance involves a scan that is not only electromagnetic and bio-electromagnetic, but also seems to monitor consciousness, thought, and a person's heart and intentions. It is a scanning of the intent of those people present, and it is very reliable.

Most people are not ready for such an ET experience yet. People are not aware of their own limitations or subconscious fears. CSETI trained and prepared people for fieldwork with briefings and discussion.  Movies such as Fire in the Sky are distortions and disinformations designed to sow fear in the public. Many people do not even see completely materialized craft because their minds are in a state of denial or shock. This has both psychological and perceptual aspects.

Seeing beyond the ordinary involves training one's perceptions to go beyond seeing only material objects. Many expressions of extraterrestrial intelligence occur beyond the crossing point of light and outside our narrow visible spectrum of perception. Interstellar capable means you must go beyond the speed of light, not locked in linear space/time.

Most of what exists in the relative cosmos is resonating beyond the frequency of the speed of light and is thus beyond the field of normal visual perception and material, solid matter. If a civilization has reached interstellar capability, most of their technologies, and most of their ability to communicate transport, materialize and dematerialize, use spectra of energy that are beyond the crossing point of light.  Perception is related to a person's level of consciousness, as well as their training. Both can be developed.

The white noise of space/time, or the Akashic Record, is where thoughts and experience are recorded as frequencies. One can sense or feel if a space is sacred.  And once an individual or group initiates some unique behavior, that activity potentates the pattern for others to have the same experience via a non-local propagation effect. (Known as the 100th Monkey phenomenon.) There's a non-local integrative nature of consciousness. Consciousness always exists in a non-local field of awareness. One action or experience affects others: everything is perfectly integrated through the non-local aspect of conscious intelligence.

The ETs visiting us are ten to the sixth to ten to the seventh years more developed than we are. This is the most important event to happen in the known history of the human race.
